92 Jewellers is a UK-based custom grillz and jewellery brand operating in Portsmouth, Southampton, Milton Keynes, and Dubai. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website (92jewellers.co.uk).

Orders & payments: name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details, and payment confirmation reference.
Custom order enquiries: name, email, phone number, and any design details you submit via the Custom Orders form.
Account (optional): email address and password hash if you create an account. We never store plain-text passwords.
Gallery & reviews: any photos or text you voluntarily submit for us to display.
Technical: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.
Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): processing your order and delivering your grillz.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): fraud prevention, site security, and responding to enquiries.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): retaining financial records for HMRC compliance (6 years).
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where you voluntarily submit a review or gallery photo for public display.
Stripe: all card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment data goes directly to Stripe and never passes through our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. stripe.com/gb/privacy
Firebase (Google LLC): we store order data and account information in Firebase Realtime Database and use Firebase Authentication. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses apply. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Instagram / Meta: if you contact us via Instagram Direct Message, Meta processes those messages under their own privacy policy. We have no control over that processing.
Web3Forms: enquiry and custom order forms are sent via Web3Forms. Only your submitted form fields are transmitted — no additional tracking. web3forms.com/privacy
Order and payment records: 6 years (HMRC legal requirement).
Account data: until you request deletion.
Enquiry form submissions: up to 12 months.
Gallery photos and reviews: until you request removal.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any right, email us at 92jewellers@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have mishandled your data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
